Tao - The Way of Nature

The Tao provides a framework for understanding the world and living a life that is in tune with the natural order, promoting qualities like simplicity, spontaneity, and a sense of interconnectedness.

While the Tao is a central concept in Taoism, it’s not a deity or god in the traditional sense. Taoists often see it as the source of all things, but not a being that is worshipped or prayed to.

In essence, the Tao represents the inherent order, energy, and way of the universe, and living in accordance with it is a key principle in Taoism.
