Spiritual Journey

The spiritual journey is a very personal thing. As such, it can be a lonely one for those starting out. However, after a while, when you have gained awareness and understanding, you will find not find it lonely any more. You will find peace and enjoy the alone time. Life will not be so much of a mystery any more. Life will still be ‘hard’ and complicated, but you learn to take it in your stride.

Mysticism

Mystical experiences are often described as transformative, altering the lives of those who have them by fostering higher states of consciousness, unconditional love, and a sense of unity with all existence.

Understanding Energy

Chi, or Qi is the Chinese term for Life Energy, a vital force that flows through all living things. In western terms, it is call Universal Life Force or Vital Life Force.

It is this Life Force Energy that gives Life to humans, animals, reptiles, plants – anything that is alive on this planet. Without this Vital Life Force coursing through us, we will be dead. All living things will be dead things.

The key to getting the very best out of life lies in understanding and working with this energy.

Meditation

Detachment

Detachment is not that you should own nothing, but that nothing should own you.

Detachment is one of the most important factors for the attainment of Enlightenment. The attainment of enlightenment is by way of non-attachment. Most of life's troubles are caused by attachment. We get angry; we worry; we become greedy and complain bitterly. All these causes of unhappiness, tension, stubbornness, and sadness are due to attachment. When we investigate any trouble or worry we have, the main cause is always attachment. Thus a person should maintain an attitude of detachment from worldly pleasures rather than being selfishly attached to them.

Views On Religions

The Soul

Soul is the spiritual or immaterial part of a human being or animal, regarded as immortal. Many religious types believe that the soul exists and it outlives physical death. They support the idea of the immortality of the soul. Most scientists contradict the existence of immaterial soul or its survival after death and argue that there is no empirical evidence regarding the soul's existence or survival.

Tao - The Way of Nature

The Tao provides a framework for understanding the world and living a life that is in tune with the natural order, promoting qualities like simplicity, spontaneity, and a sense of interconnectedness.

Chi / Energy

Our will power can control the flow of energy. When we think of a certain organ or area of our body, energy will flow to that part. Energy is the basic ingredient of our whole body. All our organs, tissues and cells as well as all our physiological functions and metal activities are the products of energy.

As with all things in Nature, there are two polarities to this energy – positive energy and negative energy. When the energies are balanced, and flowing smoothly through our body, we experience general good health and well-being. When they are unbalanced, we will experience variations in our emotions. If the positive energy is stronger, we will feel peaceful, happy, blissful, excited... If the negative energy is stronger, we will feel sad, depress, distress…
